If you have Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, do not hesitate, use one of these browsers to view videos in Cuevana. You just have to install a plugin (see instalation tutorials) and forget forever, just enjoy.
If you have any of these browsers, and prefer to view Cuevana videos in your favorite browser, you can also do that, although the installation of the plugin might not be as simple as in the previously mentioned browsers. To install the Cuevana plugin in your browser, follow the installation tutorials.
As a registered user you can choose to load subtitles automatically when they are available in your language.
1.In some browsers like Internet Explorer, you must assign a larger cache (Internet temporary files). We recommend assigning a value of 1GB (1024 MB), to view any video from Cuevana smoothly. This problem occurs because a video of a film occupies a space of between 500-900 MB, depending on the length of it, so the full capacity of the cache is full before the video finishes downloading, causing it to stop the rest of the download.
If you want to save you some trouble, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox browser.
2. You do not have enough disk space to temporarily download the video (because it needs to download to play). Make sure you have at least 1 GB of free space in your disk. If problems continue, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox browser.
1. Be sure you aren't downloading any files from Megaupload. The videos are hosted on Megaupload and therefore need to be downloaded from there to play. Megaupload doesn't allow more than one simultaneous download per IP, so you can't load 2 videos simultaneously (Only possible with a premium account).
2. Refresh and try again. Sometimes the script responsible to get the video from Megaupload can take longer than expected.
3. Make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser (all modern browser have it enabled by default).
4. The video may have been deleted from Megaupload. In this case, we ask you to please report it so we can fix it quickly. (To report a video, go to the video page and look for the Report video link).
